Taking time to explore these and other questions is not self-indulgent; it’s exercise for the soul, just as stretching and toning is exercise for the body.

Journal writing is a tool that can be used to document your history, capture your memories or vent your frustrations. But it can also take you deeply into your being, healing old wounds, retrieving lost energy, finding constructive solutions to life’s challenges and helping you to live more fully in the present moment.

This four-part course will start you on a journey that you will take at your own pace and in your own way. You will not be required to share personal material and you don’t need writing ability. All you need is some quiet time, a journal and a willingness to get to know yourself.
